Had the most awesome weekend with the same group that has gotten together every Thanksgiving for the last 35 years. We come from several distances and meet somewhere in New England. We rented an old farm house in Tyringham Mass and had a blast. 10 adults and 3 little boys.

I plan to put the wagon in the shed on Thursday, and then take it out Friday. Thanksgiving and Christmas only happen once each year, and they are a reward time for me. Sounds funny, but when I went for a long car trip with five others, for the first time I was put in the back seat with the two smaller ladies because I'm actually loosing girth.

I started to read Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type. As I'm reading, it makes sense. It is meant for better over all health but it is great for weight loss. well it is Nov 1 but I'm not sure how this sight is suppose to go, but as of this morning I weight 220. and my goal is to break 200, and at least to maintain at 199. I have not seen that number for most of my life.

I was told that I will never loose very much weight unless I detox my liver.
