I am on a very similar journey! I am 33 and don't want to spend my 30s fat!! I started at 231 last July and I am just now at 197. Once you get to the Onders it is satisfying but now I strive even more to get to my goal!!! I wish my weight loss was as obvious as yours! You look fantastic!!!! Keep up the good work.
