It's tough alright but because I'm not diabetic my doc said I can cycle. I take on empty stomach every 3rd night, then every 2nd, then swap one night for a morning with a bland meal. Hey. Have PCOS and CMT. Losing weight a nightmare but getting there slowly. Found metforman meds really helped to kick start weight loss. Hello. Huge mobility problems here and it's darn hard. Basically can't exercise but it sometimes easy to say 'I can't do anything ' so I try fit in little movements e.g.- 20 side to side and 20 tuck knee to chest. Best of luck!! I've 100++++ to lose but I'm on the right road and here really helps. Some good monthly challenges to take part in that can help motivation!! All food in one sitting- I couldn't do it!! I find setting mini goals help- e.g. Not 'I've 100 lbs to lose' but 'I'm gonna lose a minimum of 8lbs this month'.

I'm in a similar position. Lost tons of weight before them piled it on with health issues. Broke my foot last year too and I'm still on crutches. Limited mobility and weight just piling on.
