Im going to lean bulk using carb cycling for the first time this year, but im not sure how high/low to go with carbs. My body is prone to show fat easily on my love handles when doing high carb which usually demotes me.

Are you meeting your fat macros? I have had a similar experience in the past when dieting wrong.

Im in. Im doing this challenge not to lose weight but to detox from the festive season (way to much beer). This will be quite hard as its summer time now and there is so much festivals on weekends. Any tips on how not be socially awkward at social events when everyone is drinking?
