My macros are 20% carbs, 30% fats, 50% protein. I started counting macros about a month ago and it has really helped me know what to eat. I lift weights and am trying to lean up too 😁. I am really enjoying this macro thing. Would love to keep up with how your macros are going and keep me accountable as well 😋

I started macro counting about a month ago and have had the biggest lose of weight yet. I love it and wished I had started a long time ago. My advice is log what you think you will eat in snacks. Figure out your total calories with that. Then add the foods into breakfast, lunch and dinner and delete that food from snacks. Let me know what you think? I am open to ideas also.

I think a scale is critical when counting calories with macros...protein, fat, carbohydrates.
