  • I enjoy eating healthy. I feel much better, and I don’t really do treats. I just feel like if my meals need to be in the 600-700 calorie range, it’s hard to eat enough chicken and carrots to get there.
  • No. That didn’t work. In Apple health, make sure your watch is above your phone in “data sources” under the “today” tab at the bottom. That should insure that it takes priority over your phone for step tracking. I hope that helps.
  • There’s a conflict of information between the watch steps and the iPhone steps. It’s probably displaying the data from the phone and not the watch. Try turning off “steps”from Apple health under the MFP sources. Not sure if that will work or not.
