Mollie, I wear a heart monitor on a strap during my 60 minute HIIT and always burn between 450 and 585 a session depending on how hard I work. I do Orange Theory Fitness 3x per week. Hard work but SO worth it.

did you ever consider making those mason jar meals at night for the next day? if you use Pinterest, there are SO many options. I LOVE them. lots of variations.

I agree with the others that say every calorie counts. I log everything that goes in my mouth (except water which goes in another spot)

Hi! So glad to see so many trying to get it done! I am 185, began at 197, trying to get to 130. Working out HARD 3x per week and not so hard 2x per week. (having trouble with that part.) :)
