Could be your body hanging onto the calories because it's not getting enough. Or you could be just building muscle, muscle is heavier than fat. I'd try take in more calories and try some cardio too

But what's wrong with cutting out something you don't feel good after? I mean like if u are an Indian and it plays havoc with your stomach and skin would u like to quit it? Sugar doesn't agree with me

I only have to look at coffee or anything sugary and I'm wired to the moon so il have to keep it down as much as I can, ps TTC and that isn't helping my sleep when I'm 24/7 worrying

I make a large pot of soup and portion it up then il add sweet corn and chicken to it to bulk it up for my lunch. Around 300 calories and fills me up

Sleep is all over the place, I just have 2 a day with 2 sugars so if one goes so is the other ☺️ plus my skin glows when I stick to green tea and plenty of water

Caffeine because I'm a terrible sleeper and I find it helps me sleep when I do quit and Just refined sugars for a healthier diet, there's enough in the amount of fruit and veg I eat so I would much happier cut out the crap and fill up on healthy foods. Plus my skin glows
