I drink water and tea . Almond milk with my protein shake is the only other thing I drink. i figure I can enjoy eating other things without the sugar filled drinks.

You would go to Receipes and hit the create new or "+" button .. you will add in or scan all the ingredients and add the amount of servings one pot is suppose to make .. all ingredients should be put in by servings og the soup as a whole to get a more accurate calorie/serving amount
