Personally when I was working out every day my depression was almost nonexistent, everyone’s different though! I say it can hurt, go on a couple walks a week maybe? Definitely don’t wait until your thinner to address your depression though, it won’t just go away. Can I send you a friend request?

I started at 220, got my first you look thinner from my mum at 200 but haven't received anything more than that since (now at 184) I'm 5'7" btw

I too agree that revenge is not the best way (yes, I've done it too) do this for you so you can live a long healthy life! I started at 220, now at 184 with a goal weight of 135 ( -85 very close to your -90 goal) Shooting a friend request your way! The very best on your journey to a healthy lifestyle!!
