I just started back today too, so welcome back :) I am turning 48 this year so I understand how you are feeling. We can all do this, one day at a time :)

You can add me. I log in daily and my diary is open. I also post pics every 10 lbs I lose. I've lost 48 lbs so far. I try to comment as much as I can but you know, life gets busy lol

Feel free to add me Hun. My diary is open. The more support the better

Anyone can add me. My diary is open and I'm honest about logging and ups and downs. I've lost 40 lbs in 4 month and still have 60 to go. The more support the better

I just started yesterday. I'm crazy sore after day 2 but loving it. Can't wait to see the results after day 30
-
You can add me. Just take one day at a time, try to plan ahead, weigh and measure everything and exercise as much as you can. Don't give up. I struggle everyday but keep at it. You can do it

I agree with everyone on here. Drink lots of water, exercise, eat calorie dense foods including protein. Also check to make sure your calorie goal isn't too low. I preplan my day the night before and it helps me stick to my goals and keeps me full. Oatmeal and eggs are great for breakfast and will keep you full until your…

Anyone can add me. I've lost 31 lbs so far, 69 to go. I'm very motivated to do this.

Hi! I'm a stay at home mom, from Canada and I'm battling depression. Started seriously November 1 and have lost 27 lbs so far! I exercise everyday which helps my depression. I have 73 lbs to my goal weight. Would love more support in my journey
-
I totally get it. Ive list 27 lbs and I can't tell but I take a picture every 10 lbs I lose to see where I started and where I am now and holy cow huge difference! I have 70 lbs more to lose. I may not see it in the mirror or feel it in my clothes ( they fit the same) but I feel it in my energy levels and my mood. I know…

When I started, my goal was to lose 100 lbs. talk about overwhelming. I just decided to concentrate on one day, one meal that day at a time. I chose to workout for 20 min a day. And I decided to meal plan the night before. I suffer from depression also. Well, 22 lbs down, only 78 more to go and im working out 30-60 min a…

It's better to lose weight slowly because you will keep it off in the long run. Your doing great.
-
I'm so in! I have 89 lbs to go and it will take a year at least
-
Congratulations on quitting smoking. It's so hard, I did it but yeah gaining weight came with it. You can totally rock this!
-
I'm from Calgary Alberta! Proud Canadian. Add me, need support to lose 89 more lbs!
-
I would love to fit back into my jeans again. I'm tired of wearing sweat pants. I can get them over my hips but they are tight and unflattering on.
-
I don't eat my exercise calories but that's just me. It is nice to know they are there just in case I have to have that cupcake or piece of chocolate.
-
I'm making lots of soups loaded with veggies and low fat protein like chicken and turkey. I find it keeps me full for about 4 hours. Plus I drink sparkling water with lemon, helps curb the appetite
-
Hi I'm from Canada. Always looking for new friends for support and motivation.
-
Move every day even when you dont feel like it
-
Binge eating while watching tv, desk job, not exercising , anti depressants and lots of excuses. I'm changing all my bad habits now.
-
I feel way too guilty. So now I just incorporate something I really want ( chips, fries, cupcake) into my count and if I don't have enough calories to justify it I choose a better option. I'm too scared I'll get back into bad habits like binge eating
-
I haven't had s drink since October 29. Not long I know but I will give it go for the rest of the month. What do I have to lose? Weight. ( sorry lame I know lol)
-
Spaghetti squash chow mein with shrimp ( on Pinterest omg so yum!), Zoodles with grilled chicken and tai dressing and zucchini lasagna roll ups. I'm addicted. I eat it at least once a week, no guilt comfort food
-
I suffer from major depression and anxiety as well. Was diagnosed 2 years ago and since then I have gained 40 lbs due to the meds and binge eating to feel better ( which it doesn't ). Some days are hell for motivation. I call it accomplishment if I manage to shower that day. I do talk a therapist regularly which helps.…

Since you know your food cravings usually start at around 3, maybe drink some water or tea to see if that helps. Also plan a healthy nutritious snack to get you to dinner. I totally get it. I love salty fatty snacks like chips, fries, crackers and cheese.... I've been making my own kale chips, mashed cauliflower when I get…
-
Feel free to add me. Just got serious with my new lifestyle. Need to lose 100 lbs. will need lots of support and motivation
-
I would suggest planning your meals and snacks ahead of time so when you do go shopping, your not over spending. You can eat a lot of yummy food low carb like deviled eggs, celery with peanut butter, pork loin with mashed cauliflower ( tastes just like mashed potatoes!) etc. As for exercising, make mini goals. Like, today…

I'm pretty boring. I drink a smoothie every morning cause I'm not a bfast person. 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup frozen berries, spinach or kale. It keeps me full and gives me energy for my morning workout. Plus it's low in calories so I can eat more for lunch

I need help too. I have 100 lbs to lose. Today I am struggling. Feel free to add me.
