  • I make a meal replacement drink for bfast since I'm not a bfast eater. I add almond milk spinach or kale, berries and s scoop of protein powder. Find it's great right before my workout. You need to find what works for you. I have a 100 lbs to lose so we can do this!
  • I started at 264 and made my first goal today of 10 lbs lost! I need to lose 100 lbs as well. I suffer from depression and anxiety so food over the last couple years bacsme my comfort. I'm ready to become healthy and eventually get off my anti depressants. Please add me if you wNt. All the support is welcome
  • I will add you. I went through a rough patch too the last couple years. I'm on anti depressants now and gained over 40 lbs in 2 years and I'm ready to get back on track. Made my 10 lb goal today! Super proud of me. I could totally use support cause this is gonna be s hard road to get through but together we can it!
