I love to walk in any store. I make it a habit to walk every aisle of the grocery store. And the mall is end to end both levels at least twice.

I not only banned donuts from my diet, but from even coming into my house. They are like Lay's potato chips to me. I can't eat just one.

I started my weight loss journey on Nov 5, 2016. I have been doing well with cutting calories and exercising about 3 days a week (cardio and strength) but have now been diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Hypothyroid so expecting the weighloss to slow down a bit. SW 153 CW 133 GW 120
