I am right there with you . Lately I felt as though I was spiraling out of control and literally would eat myself to death. I'm glad we have realized this is a problem and want to make changes. Some good snacks that I have found are yogurt covered raisins and banana chips. Those seem to satisfy my "sweet" cravings.

Hi there !! SW: 242 CW: 221 GW:180 I try to stay around 1500 calories a day but it's hard when you have little kids and they want things you can't have ! The first week is always the hardest for me
