I find I do better with soup. I will take ground turkey, black beans, mixed veggies, and cooked brown rice, i throw in some adobo seasoning and spices . I boil eggs and keep in Fridge. When I come home from work I have 4 kids and a husband screaming what's for dinner. I crack one of those eggs with a cube of pepperjack and it holds me off till dinner is done.

I keep water with me. So if I see something that looks soooooo good then I chug my water. It swells my stomach and takrs away the craving long enough to leave the store or prevent myself from over eating.

Definitely try a hot beverage after you eat to break down the meal. I love teas, green, oolong, up ehr are my top fav but rose hip helps move the food. Warm letter lemon water, cucumber water. I honestly wouldn't look at charts or anything else like that. Muscle weighs more than fat, people carry their weight different. I am 5'4" and so is my sister. I am bottom heavy, big butt and thighs.
