I've had much better luck keeping track of my diet since I started using MFP, it's been a great tool.

I did the 30 day shred. It's 3 different levels, and takes under 30 minutes. Simple dumb bells will get real results. Even if you leave them around, and use them in an unstructured manner, they will help. Start small!

I've found that toning up, and adding some strength has made a big difference in my progress.

The number disappointed with the Fitbit are rather surprising. I've only heard good things about them.

I also underestimated the pull up bar, which I personally love. Inverted sit ups are the best. I don't ever run, but am going to try the jump rope

For obvious reasons, I vastly overlooked the popularity of the sports bra. Wasn't even on my radar. Any recommendations on a free standing chin up bar that won't break the bank?
