I take it at bedtime and haven't noticed any fatigue. My adverse symptoms were mostly GI at the beginning but have all subsided now. I've been taking Saxenda since May 2017.

For the first time in my life, I started dating someone who enjoys healthy foods, no alcohol, and exercise and I am losing weight instead of gaining. What a life changer!
