Original starting wgt 157 lbs Challenge Starting 147 lbs Goal wgt 125 lbs I struggled for weeks in December and January to break that 145 lb barrier. Finally through it down to 144 lbs Now onto to the next one of 140 lbs. focusing on 5 lbs at a time and celebrating each little victory on my way

Arggh. Having hit my challenge, I gained back most of it after a week of family and too many sweets. Getting back in the saddle for January. At least I'm better than 2 months ago but frustrated at myself for losing ground after doing so well.

Sounds great. I'm in. I'm trying to lose about 5 lbs a month. Have about 20 to 25 lbs more to go and have lost 15 lbs so far.

I hit my 5 lb goal for December but having a very hard time maintaining it during the family visits. Love the holidays but will be glad when they are over and it is easy to eat healthy and find time for the gym

Down almost 5 lbs for Nov but nervous about adding it all back next week for Thanksgiving. Can't be rude and eat a salad when everyone put in so much effort.... suppose to be eating 1300 calories and one meal is 3000+. How does everyone else deal with that?
