Eating lots of fruit and veggies, raw nuts, legumes and lean protein....and my sodium level has to be lower than 1500 mg a day so I had to cut out packaged foods. It has only been a few weeks. Eating out, I'm not sure how to manage that yet. The first few days were tough but felt good to get a lot of junk out of my system.

Hi...I would love to join your challenge. My name is Sydney. I need motivation to move everyday so this is great. I usually do 10k steps a day as a goal. Sometimes it is hard to make that goal. However, I want to step it up so for Dec I want to do at least 12k steps a day. Let's do this!

I had breakfast today..2 eggs and toasted ezekial bread. A cup of heated lemon water first then coffee with skim.
