I'm on a break to rest my neck & upper back. I didn't do Fri Day 2 bc I think I slept wrong on my pillow and messed up my neck. I don't think it was the pushup bc I am really careful about my form. I am also doing body combat a couple of times a week..maybe I was tensing my shoulders or something.

Initial test done Age 50, 6 on knees pushups (I have a bruised toe). So starting as rank 2. Will do day 1 on Wed.
