Weekly check in, I'm down 1.8 this week, and 2.6 pounds from the start of this challenge. Slow but steady.

Checking in with a .8 pound loss. After an overnighter with the scouts and overall poor food choices, I'm pretty happy with the loss.

I figured out the issue for me in adding to the goggle doc. From the android app I couldn't edit it, but when I logged in from the website it worked fine, I'm all added and will add more every Sunday, my usual weigh in date. Thank you for the invitation.
