I had the sleeve done on June 8th. I try and keep my calories under 1200 as much as I can. My surgeon wants me to get between 70 and 80 grams of protein a day so that's what I shoot for. I do. It's one my weight loss doctor has me on. Involves protein shakes and bars. Both have to have more than 15 grams of protein, and no more that 5 grams of fat and sugar. At least 2 of those per day. i'm supposed to eat every 3-4 hours and not drink with meals or 30 min before or after. It's mostly protein
