Reaching your goal is not time to stop. You must continue with the plan and keep using the new habits that you have learned. Change this and you will slip back. Take it from someone who did! Don't go back to eating the old way which is the way that caused you to be heavier.

I would say that stress could be a factor. I am much older than you and work out about 45 minutes to an hour a day. On 1,500 calories I don't lose and I count my calories very well and eat a balanced diet. I lose on 1,200 which I am told is not healthy. OH well...

Depends on how many calories you are trying to cram into your day and what type of calories they are. Be careful of all the sugars that liquids sometimes contain. Also the sodium of a lot of the canned veggie juices. You can make your own.

My brain, according to one therapist, is not wired to experience boredom. I am not wired for jelousy either. Go figure that. I haven't had a good explanation for this yet or anyone else who feels this way. So why am I posting this........haven't a clue!!!!

Try the Starbucks with skim milk and no whip cream. Get the low sugar sweeteners too and see how this works for you! I'm doing that.

Bananas have anywhere from 50 to 100 calories depending on what size they are. Lots of potassium too. I think they are wonderful with a tiny bit of Peanut Butter. Just slice them lengthwise and use a bout a tablespoon. Put the two halves back together again. No problem! Just don't eat more than one a day!

I'd like to get back to where I was before I was married. I'm tall and I felt wonderful at 175 to 180. I was pretty active and was able to eat anything I wanted which was mostly very healthy food. I will be so very happy at that weight range. My husband agrees! I sure do love him!
