Negative thinking, stress, poor self esteem is very damaging to ones health. We need to sort out what is negative and what is positive in our lives. Unless we do, the negatives will eventually be our undoing. Unless we can see clearly what is negative how can we fight or strive for our lives to be positive?? Not the case…

OKAY. Do the low calorie bread. One tablespoon of P.B. and get the low sugar jelly. You will do just fine! Limit the amount of fat that you have the rest of the day! Big salad no dressing on the side and a big glass of water over ice.

Oh God, be careful honey. A good sense of self esteem and a balanced diet, avoid toxic relationships and get out and walk or bike or go to a gym. Also, someone who loves you. All of these total up to good homeopathy I believe. Lots of cuddling (s*x) also....oops, edit me.

Went down two pounds so I hope today didn't demolish what I lost. Barbecued Salmon Green Salad with cherry tomatoes and garbanzo beans, Balsamic vinaigrette. One slice French Bread with whipped cream cheese. One 3" slice Apple Pie, low sugar.

I use my local market's online service which delivers the groceries right to the trunk of your car! I like to choose my own fresh produce though and the bread also. Mainly I use it in the winter when getting to the store in a snowstorm is tricky.

Face it, it's nasty stuff. I'm losing and I include a little sugar, butter and all the real stuff. Won't risk any health concerns with aspartame. Or fake fat. I took in a lot of the sugar substitute once a long time ago and did not lose weight. I got hungrier! My ears also started ringing. Why mess with your body like that?

I have a small hidden bag of Hersheys Kisses and I enjoy three of them three times a week with tea. I can't eat any more or I just lose it. I hide it or my husband would devour them in one sitting. They are mine, all mine. LOL.
