A day without pain would be amazing. I always lose focus on losing weight because the exercise always increases my pain. I know it helps in the long run but pushing through to get there is one of my biggest hurdles in life.

There is data showing a link between tmao and disease. Choline and carnitine, found in animal products, are processed by our bodies into harmful substances. I'd link videos but I find searching for yourself to be more effective.

It's definitely beneficial to set limits with your goals. I'm always adjusting my goals because I used to overdo it a lot too. If I don't make any goals, I end up not pushing myself enough so I always need something to strive for. I don't get down on myself if I can't reach a goal due to pain flaring up or fatigue taking over. Everyone has something different that works for them.…

My inflammation was still out of control being vegan. It's when I really started to incorporate the daily dozen app and cut out junk food that things got much better. My recovery time was cut in half after exercising! I'm looking forward to my progress this year

Well I gained weight during the holidays. Maybe I can develop better habits this time. I'm at 77.2kg right now. My goal is 64kg! Health before weight though, I need to focus on getting all the nutrients I need with less calorie rich foods. It can be hard for a vegetarian trying to turn vegan.
