Doing it now. Love it. Probably 'go over' by 200 calories a day on fast days but have lost my constant search for snacks and high-carb food on my non-fast days after only doing this a week-so it all balances out. I also feel mentally clearer, don't get that 2pm fog that I'm used to and aren't falling asleep on the way home…

Good advice, also wanted to add if you were increasing gym classes do you think the weight gain could be from a gain in muscle mass?

You can try adding Colace twice daily as needed for constipation if you're already drinking enough water, eating fiber and enough good fats.. You could try Senna as well. Both are over-the-counter.
