  • For Challenge #3 I tried Brussel Sprouts and Asparagus. My daughter loves both of these so I called her and she talked me through cooking them. I topped them with a bit of parmesan. The were both actually ok. I'm not ready to make them a staple in my diet, but I would eat them again.
