  • Before I worked hours like 8 or 9-4 20 minutes from my house, so it was easy to just not eat until after work, now I'm working 7-5 an hour away so I'm going from 6am-6pm in an outdoor physical job, and still have chores afterwards, so without food throughout the day I tend to feel pretty terrible.

  • Just have to do it, I tried many times, and failed many times, but the last time it worked and Ive been without it for 6months and don't crave it anymore. Try finding something other than plain water if you need to, water with lemon, seltzer water, or I love kombucha as well now..
