Before I worked hours like 8 or 9-4 20 minutes from my house, so it was easy to just not eat until after work, now I'm working 7-5 an hour away so I'm going from 6am-6pm in an outdoor physical job, and still have chores afterwards, so without food throughout the day I tend to feel pretty terrible.

Still a long way to go

At about 225 right now, I'm current at just under 1600 calories a day, to lose 2lbs a week. I set mine as lightly active, don't work out but am on my feet between 6-8 hours a day 5 days a week and some extra walking on weekends, the calorie goal it gives me as I update my weight has been very accurate for losing around…

Just have to do it, I tried many times, and failed many times, but the last time it worked and Ive been without it for 6months and don't crave it anymore. Try finding something other than plain water if you need to, water with lemon, seltzer water, or I love kombucha as well now..

Will add you, I started August 2016 at 308, now at 237 and on track to be hitting 208 or lower by this coming August so I can lose the first 100 in a year.. Another 70 to go after that, but no time frame for that goal.

Certainly not a success story yet, but 60lbs down, 105 to go

I've had the same problem, probably 2 or 3 months after I started my diet I really noticed it. Probably lack of protein, I have such a hard time reaching my protein goal...

I went vegetarian in August when I decided to start losing weight. For me pretty much the only meat I ate was fast food (or fish, but don't have that around here often), so it was easier to say cut out all meat than just the fast food. Made it so I very rarely go get fast food, because the only options really are fries.…

Wednesday wasn't a great day, and sleeping honestly sounded better than cooking that day haha. Wasn't any hungrier the next day, don't know what it was today though, just felt starving, know I can't take back what I ate but just worried it will be a set back. 60 pounds down since august with another 100-110 I want to lose

I bought peanut butter for the first time in ages the other day... I think I'm going to have to do this so I don't eat the whole jar

Sorry about your horse, mine was on 3 months stall rest for a fracture, still not fully healed going on 10months but she is pasture sound and happy . Hope she adjusts well to stall rest, for my girl she just got used to it. For the calories, it does happen. All you can do is log it and move on, you can't take it back,…

Cut out soda 4 months ago, generally try to avoid pasta, cheese, bread(regular bread, tortillas, pizza dough all that). Feel like for me it's too high calorie and doesn't do anything good for me, plus cheese one serving is just never enough haha. Also meat, went vegetarian when I started my diet, and eggs, just because they…

Yes, I never eat breakfast or lunch Monday-Friday, for me it's personally much easier, if I eat breakfast I feel hungrier all day, but if I don't eat before work then sometimes I'm still barely hungry by 5pm when I get home for dinner. I usually spread the calories out though, have a snack when I get home, go outside and…

My main goal was to lose enough weight to bring my horse back into work, that's part of the pressure I guess, don't want him sitting around for longer than he has to, thinking about it 43lbs is progress, but compared to what I want to lose before riding again (another 30lbs or so) it just seems frustrating I guess. For the…

I feel like I've hardly made progress by sticking to the MFP goal, given I have had some bad binging days, but overall have changed my eating habits, became a vegetarian which also made it so I very rarely eat fast food(occasional fries) instead of eating it multiple times a week, stopped drinking soda, and just generally…
