I have been walking for a very long time. 6 miles per day has become routine, 12 miles is high end 15 to 17 is a lot. 20 is not unheard of for me but rare. I feel I can help while gaining support here.

Ok. I have 130 lbs to lose. I lost most of it last year, but was severely injured...Annnnnnd gained most of it back. I am a gym nut, health nut and just nuts most of the time. I do walk a lot as I can't run. I average 6 to 12 miles per day. I have lost 27 lbs in 32 days. I don't believe the myth about losing weight quickly…
