I used to be a personal trainer, was super fit, no health issues... and then I changed jobs. Over the years I got married had kids, and know am having health issues. I few months ago when I was having trouble putting my socks on our playing with the kids, and hated the way I look, I decided enough is enough

I have about a five pound fluctuation all the time, I was told it could also be the amount of salt that you intake causing you to retain water, I guess just drink more coffee... its a diuretic haha

I started going when I was 255 and felt like crap and did want anyone to judge so I found a 24 hour gym and I go late, no one is there and I can do whatever I like, besides being a little tired it is the best time to go

not starting over but just starting to watch calories, metabolism slowing down and need to watch the lbs, and I need to lose about 25 more pounds. I have lost 37 so far, yaye me
