This is a weird thing to mention, but we live Oreos for a different reason. 2 Oreos are only 16grams of carbohydrate, and it's one of the few cookies that is below 20g per serve. Iowa here, I'd say our maid rites,sweet corn and pork tenderloin sandwiches are the big claim to fame around here. Fish fry every Friday during Lent, and year round at the local diner. Also at every family get together (or for a fast no prep meal) people do summer sausage, crackers, and cheese on a serving platter

You need a consultation with a dietician. I'd recommend taking a quality multivitamin (with their approval), and perhaps a nutritional drink like boost or breeze.

I had 1 oz of lucky charms, 1/2 cup of milk, 8oz of coffee and 4 oz of orange juice. I don't care for a huge breakfast.

i am a re-tread, i lost 60lbs with MFP, maintained the loss for 3 years, then blah blah divorce blah, and Im back again. Im MMtardis if anyone remembers me. :expressionless:

(first post on my new account!) I have stomach issues too, and when things are really bad my doctor has me down to chicken breast, white rice, cooked soft veggies and cooked/canned fruit or bananas. It doesn't look "healthy" to others maybe, but it makes me feel the best, with the most energy.
