I think it’s an improvement over the old or current. I deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq as a paratrooper and I had the push-up sit-up and two mile run standard, but that never helped sprinting from cover to cover in full kit. I’m prior 82nd abn. I just started counting calories and intake in it. Seems to be ok. I got out in 2005. Trying to get back into shape.

I know it’s an old saying but true non the less. Your body is your car. If you maintenance it, exercise It,and give it the right fuel it will take you wherever you want to go. Or, you can put the wrong fuel in, never drive it or maintenance it and just let it fall apart. The difference is with your body you only get one.…
