Cluster sets?
Has anyone done cluster sets for any length of time? What kind of results did you get? I’ve done them in the past but never stayed with it. I’m short on time and focused more on cardio at the moment but still want to hit the weights as that’s what I like. I’m not a fan of running but it’s necessary.

Staying motivated with a busy schedule
I commute to work 1.5 hours and then back home 1.5 hours and do a 10 hour shift at work. With a wife and 3 kids it can be hard to get a good workout in. I’m taking it one day at a time and remembering my goals. If there is anyone else in the same boat don’t give up.

Not looking for much here just adding a comment. Remember your goals. Take it one day at a time. When you workout make it count. Don’t hate yourself for having a cheat meal. You can accomplish what you set out to do it just takes time and won’t happen overnight. Great reward comes with hard work and pain is temporary but…
