Has anyone done cluster sets for any length of time? What kind of results did you get? I’ve done them in the past but never stayed with it. I’m short on time and focused more on cardio at the moment but still want to hit the weights as that’s what I like. I’m not a fan of running but it’s necessary.

I've experimented with programming cluster sets at least two varieties and found them extremely suboptimal for primarily developing strength. I haven't attempted to program rich with hypertrophy focus but honestly most of my programming is intertwined with both strength and hypertrophy since they govern each other at some point within training.
My data isn't extremely vast in size for clusters, but its just my experience that there are more useful ways then the ones I've tried.1
