Using the Apple Watch for basic weight lifting and such at the gym and I’ve been tracking it as “other” in the exercise app but I read that “other” calculates calorie burn as if you were moving at a brisk walk so I’m worried it may over estimate my burn when doing light weight lifting? Any thoughts?

Is there a way to figure out grams without density or for those things do u use the measuring spoons?
  • This happens to me too! As some said, go into dietary energy in Apple health and click in to see all data and you will see one that is there twice, like 205 then 205 again. Delete one of them and your calories should match MyFitnessPal again. I agree this is frustrating. Glad to know it isn’t just me!
