Thanks so much for your help. But I'm still not sure if I need to eat more, since I haven't lost weight in so long. I might just suck it up and weigh myself so that I can get a better idea of how much to eat. <3

I used to be severely anorexic, not sure if that explains the fear of scale thing but hopefully a bit. I wish there were another way to do this. The body fat is probably wrong, i got it off an online calculator. I'm not sure what my highest measurements were, I believe my waist was 39 inches before i lost what i thought was 15 or so pounds to what i am assuming to be 185. My waist is now 34.5 inches. But it has stayed the same since my initial weight loss 3 months…

I mean, I know what my measurements were at 185 so that's what I'm basing it off of also, generally. I'm 5'8" I wear a size 14 juniors jeans, my waist is 33, hips 46 and bra size 36 c

I used a calculator listed in the top of this forum to measure my body fat so who knows.... I am more muscular than average for sure. If it sheds any clarity I'm 5'8", waist is 33" and hips (butt) is 46" my bra size is 36 c so idk if that's my chest size or not lol...

Thanks for the reply, sorry for the confusion. I measure my waist and hips weekly and know that I was around 185 pounds at my current measurements. I don't weigh myself because the scale is an enemy of mine lol... I used to weigh and measure every day but I haven't weighed since Jan, really brought some peace into my life…

I picked 1,200 cal from other cal recommendations online. But when I work out I don't eat extra to make up for that which could be a mistake. Thank you for the reply ♡♡

Thank you for the reply ♡♡ yea I opened my diary, it's a little embarrassing though. When I work out I also don't eat more to get up to 1,200 which is probably a mistake. And I know I'm not losing weight because I have old jeans that I use to measure the fit
