😄 I didn't know my diary was open, how embarrassing. I haven't been making great choices the last week. If I still have leftover calories it's probably "exercise" calories because as far as I'm aware I eat up to 2000 or close to it most days. I don't eat the exercise calories Quick adds is because I've calculated off of a…

Thanks all for your replies and helpful advice. Sorry no pic was attached, I couldn't figure it out . Still not losing weight at 5months post partum and I weigh the same. I have a fitbit which averages me to 2700 calories and I log 2000 most days just because I can't imagine eating more and not gaining weight. The fitbit…

I hate how I look overweight and not overweight. I just don't have good self esteem. In the past when I'm actively losing weight I feel great and I think I look good until I see a pic or look in my mirror. I'm not sure if it's in my head because other people tell me I look good I'm 15kg overweight from having a baby…

Thankyou for your kindness, much appreciated. Your right, I should expect it to slow down. I'm 163cm I'm 4kg away from a healthy bmi top of the range 59-66kg I should be within apparently.

Looking good!

I checked my weight in the bmi calculator and my bmi is 25.6, it needs to be under 24.9 for healthy weight range and I'm so close its motivating me to lose these last kgs So I'm happy for today because of that. I'm so close

Well, it took me 3 months after my baby to actively try to lose weight, I ate at maintenance and let breastfeeding be my deficit. I breastfed for a year ...I just walked , nothing vigorous. I was not fit pre baby though...overweight and now I'm smaller than I was before I was pregnant. My milk supply was fine , you just…

I have lost 35lbs so far, I still have 22lbs to go but I would say I've been lucky that I've been shrinking all over and my belly is almost gone. Suprising as i have had 4 babies. I want my arm fat to go away more right now as I can hide my belly easily but summer on it's way I dont want to be wearing longer sleeves in the…

Hi, I'm glad you found your comfy weight. That's what I'm trying to do really is trying to guess if my ideal weight is what the bmi says it should be. I think your right, best to assess as I reach smaller goals and see how I feel then. I feel great as per my health and mind. I dont suffer any ongoing conditions and I'm…

Edit: 65kg at 3m pg so I could have gained some weight hence I'm not sure what I'm weight was

You look great, I have 4 babes , 9, 5, 2 and 11m old ....I was tiny before I had kids and now 9 years later I'm getting my body back. It's hard though but slowly making progress

My breastfeeding journey literally is ending today as my baby is a year old but I have been really successful with weight loss this past year. I have lost 25kg with letting my breastfeeding be my deficit eating at maintenance, after baby started solids I ate a little less because she wasnt drinking as much

This was my kick in the butt too, 4th baby got pregnancy diabetes. I had really good blood sugars at my post glucose blood test 3 months after delivery but still 50% more likely to get type 2 because of it so it really motivated me not to get type 2 .
-
I got gestational diabetes with my 4th baby and forced to change my diet for the last 3 months and test my blood sugar 3x a day. I cringed at every finger prick , it scared my enough to get serious I could not handle needles, I've lost 23kg so far and 7kg away from my goal weight. It was a blessing in disguise because it…

I am happy for you Good work :) I've lost 23kg in almost 11 months and I have 8 to go (granted I am happy with how I look at my goal weight)
-
I take it 1 week at a time, seeing the scale go down also helps stay motivated. My main motivation is get to my goal weight before my 30th in 4months. I spent the last 10 years over weight and enough's enough I'm sick or being depressed about it. I also was pregnant this time last year and diagnosed with gestational…
