Today will be Day 2 for me. Should we include the day were on in each of the posts? (30 Day Shred: Day 2), something like that? My goal is to do 30 minutes of exercise 6x a week. This coming from a run/walker 2-3x a week girl. Wish me luck! Tonight I'll be doing Level 2. :D Never done it before.
