Great job on lowering your A1C! <3 <3 I had the same problem, my dietician told me to switch to healthier oils and avoid deep fried foods and increase exercise and it shouldn't be like that anymore!

Writing it down! Also, it helps me to ask myself WHY I'm eating something. Is it something that my body is asking for or my feelings/emotions?

My new favorite is ham roll ups with cream cheese and pickles. I will make a bunch and eat them throughout the week. I also love apples and peanut butter.

I try to make it a point to get up and move around every hour. Also, I walk on my breaks.

Most anti-depressants will make you gain weight. I work in mental health and the saying is... you either gain weight or become crazy.

Wednesdays! Weigh-in Wednesdays are what I call it :) I only let myself do it once a week so I don't let the number control my emotions, ie being down about gaining some.
