I had this issue too. Corrected it by disconnecting fitbit from my fitness pal, then reconnecting I'm on fitbit surge

Drink as much as you need to keep urine clear to light yellow and fairly frequent, or according to thirst. This can vary widely depending on activity/exercise level.
