This is one of my big problems too! Like others said, don't let it defeat your mentality. One day won't harm your general goal. Sometimes it's even good for your body to refuel!

How long have you been doing this? Sometimes your body hits a wall and wants to hold on to the calories because it thinks it's losing energy too fast. You may need to take some recovery days where you eat more. I don't mean overeat, just refuel yourself every so often.

This is really good advice too. If you allow yourself a little indulgence, don't let it derail you. I let myself get derailed and regained some of the weight I lost. Just stay focused and fighting :)

I know the struggle but dont give in! I read somewhere that it takes 21 to make a habit and then it's so much easier to keep. Just get over that hump!

I think now is actually the BEST time to start! If you waited until after the holidays you might find yourself indulging more because its like your last hurrah. Then you would be up in weight and have more to lose! Also, New Years resolutions have such a hard fail rate, better to start your best you right away!
