Heyyo, Female, current weight today is 170lbs. My lowest was 2 years ago this time at 145-149lbs. Ughhh I've felt it really packing on the last two months. I need accountability and motivation. I'll be tracking from today forward with a meal plan, and I'll figure out exercise too.

I am 5'4" I weigh 191lbs I want to weigh 130ish so roughly 60lbs to lose! I could really use some motivational people in my life to help. I hate the long process of losing weight. I am one of those people who gets extremely un-motivated if there isnt change immediately. Which makes my journey very difficult.
