10km! I can run 10km! I did C25K in the spring, took July and August off because of the heat, picked the habit back up in the fall and started adding more and more distance to my runs. Then last night I got up to 10km in 64 minutes. :grin:

Yoga with Adriene! She has a youtube channel and it's awesome. She has a series for beginners. She also has a couple series that you follow along with everyday for a month. They videos are relatively short and increase in complexity over the month. I highly recommend those for getting into the habit.
