HRM is correct it works off your heart. the cardio trainer doesnt know your height and weight or if you are in range. MFP is always off.

i tired them, the thing is they make it to were you are not hungry so you pretty much have to force yourself to eat. I lost 5lbs on them and then nothing. I stopped taking them and lost 10lbs lol

i eat 1700-2000 calories anyways, I eat every 2 hrs no matter what. i burn 1000-2000 calories a day working out. i eat as much as I can, if I am hungry I eat extra.

i eat 1700-2000 calories it is already noon and i have eat 1100 calories lol. i burn 1000-1500 calories a day working out sometimes more, so I have to eat to keep my body going. starvation mode doesnt work for me

it comes and goes. I teach in the morning and it is not that bad but between 5-7 you cant find a parking spot and thankfully I jog to the gym to teach my night classes. and the new ones never come back.

the best thing about having men as friends is you start trying to out due them in workouts lol . also they are honest, you need advice they give the best advice, stuck it up and do it again, stop crying over it and do it. sometimes I need to hear that.

I am down for a challenge. I bike 160 miles a week, run 15 miles a week, plus do pilates, weights etc.

i workout 6 days a week. I go to the gym drop off all 3 kids in the kidsclub and I GO WORKOUT or teach my class. I get 2 hrs and I use every min of that lol

after the first day at the gym, every muscle in your body will hurt that is the acid build up. PUSH THOUGH IT. just keep going back to the gym, keep working though it. after a week it will be gone.

it is different for each person. the only way to know for sure is to wear a heartrate monitor while you workout.

I workout in the morning and at night. I don't have a choice when I teach night classes.

I am a cycle instructor and taught the cycle class the cycle class. Then I ran 45 mins on the treadmill. I am beat lol

i am in, going for 1000 miles this month. i did 900 miles last month.

i eat clean, and try my best to stay in my calorie range. I dont pay attention to the protein, fat guildlines they gave me, cause really as long as i stay within my calories I lose weight.

for food when out. I order from my phone. i will type in the resturant and see what my fitness pal says. for workouts. if I am watching TV. during the tv ad's I will do sit ups, squats etc. once they are over I go back to watching my show then repeat.

i log everything, even on cheat days I LOG. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY. BTW my friend logged in all her samples from costco and she ended up eating 1500 calories in SAMPLES. after she told me that. I SAY NO AND WALK AWAY FROM ALL SAMPLES.

you can do it.
