sometimes I teach 4 cycle classes in 1 day. and inbetween classes the only thing I can get ahold of to eat is a protein bar and I need to eat something before I teach as I get low blood sugar at times.

during my cycle class that I teach, I burn 700-900 calories. I have a polar FT4.

I have lost close to 130lbs I do a mix of cardio and weights. the muscle fills in the saggy skin parts. it is important to do both weights and cardio when losing weight.

Not eating before working out can cause you to pass out. I eat eggd, toast, orange juice or a green naked juice an hr before I workout. After I workout it is lunch time do I eat lunch.

I teach spin, WEAR A MAXI PAD. for women that bike seat is right on the our bone, wearing a pad helps soo much. the best way thing to use is the gear, the higher the gear the better the workout. I love teaching cycle. I been doing up hill sprints for the past 2 weeks and OMG they are a killer.

i workout 2-4 hrs a day. the only day I dont workout is on sunday.

I dont know what gym you go to but the gym I go to is full of women lifting weights, even the weight lifting classes are full of women. I did a 400lb leg press yesterday, bulding up to 800lbs

yep i would be in the class. i workout with a trainer 3 days a week, plus teach cycle and water aerobics by the time saturday comes my body fills like it will fall apart but it is the last class for the week and I have to push myself to finish.

if i wore make up at all i would be in the hosiptal from a puffy red swollen face. I am highly allergic to all types of make up and cant wear it or have it touch any part of my skin. so wear it just dont touch me.

dont look at it as a diet but a life style change. sec tell your husband to shut up. you need to do this for you not him. drink more water on the days you are feeling extra hungry and grab some fruit. so reason for you to stay up all night hungry and crying. eat fruit drink water and go about your night happy.

mine is cabbage soup ground turkey, purple onion , garlic. salt and pepper. once everything is cooked up pour it in the stew pot (dont drain the meat) add the fresh stredded cabbage, chicken broth, a can of rotel, and let cook until cabbage is done. I serve it ontop of potatoes

yep totally possible, I met my husband on a wednesday and that friday we were married. no joke 3 days we knew each other, this weekend is our 10 yr annivsary and we have 3 boys together.

it is simple. ground chicken or turkey. brown it the same way you would beef. I make homemade sauce you could use store brought layer it noodles chicken with sauce I use shredded squash, zucchni ricotta cheese chedder repeat , the final layer is just sauce and cheese

i steam it mix together brown mustard and a little bit of mayo. and cover the cauliflower with that then add a bit of cheese and bake it until cheese is melted. my kids go nuts over

i wear body shaper tanks when I workout and that has totally helped my waist line trim down 3 times more

person trainers are nice. If i could afford one I would be using one. I would totally jump into the classes. groupx classes are great. once you start making friends in there you will totally get the push you need
