Thanks everyone. I realised I hadn't been drinking as much water through the day so I started gulping that down and then had a a coffee and some hummus and that seemed to do the trick. I did rest thanks to you guys and I have woken today feeling better for it. Off to conquer a mountain. :D

I go for a quick hike up the mountain 5 days a week. Started some resistance training at home for my upper body, step at least 10k steps a day, take the dog for a walk and try to include short sprints/jogs to keep the heart rate up.

I got a Phillips all in one a few months ago and I looooove it! Beautiful tender meat that just melts in your mouth in 40 minutes!! I make curries, roasts, oats and chicken. And you can steam potatoes in 8 minutes and they are super yummy! Wish I had have got one a long time ago.

I am a bit of an 'all or nothing' type person too and in the past would give up when I would work so hard exercising and cutting my calories and see nothing happen on the scales or even gain! I started hiking some local mountains a couple of months ago and then thought I'd log into MFP again and start tracking my calories.…

Thanks for your feedback everyone. My oil data doesn't include grams but it did have a tablespoon option so today rather than pouring directly into my salad bowl until it was 1ml I measured half a teaspoon which equalled 4grams but still only about 20 calories so I can live with that.

I had this issue recently as well and then all of a sudden it started working again.

Oh this might explain why my heart rate monitor suggests lower calories burned for an activity that MyFitnessPal suggests a higher rate?
