Ok Wednesday weigh in and finally a Wednesday post. I am back to 193lbs. I will take that as a win. I have went back to logging my food intake and will attempt to reduce carbs and alcohol. I am now just relying to lose 3 lbs before tge end of November. Take care everyone.

Well not much new to report. I am still at 192lbs. Golfed this week a bit chilly but one of my best games. Back on the treadmill. Counting my calories. Just keep on trying.

Well I saw the scale this morning and had my big girl panties on (in so many ways) & stepped on the scale 191lbs. The same 4lbs I gain & lose. But I will take it as a win. Just put my nose to the grind stone. I think I do better weighing myself daily. Keeps me in check. Cheers
