Happy New Carole @Walela617 I had to go back snd look at my starting weight. I started st 195 and finished at 195. I set myself a goal of losing 20lbs. My take away from this is I didn't change my behavior, did I try...sometimes. The next challenge my goal will be to improve my health.

My weigh-in for Wednesday was 194lbs. I am trying to hit 190lbs. I still believe I can do it. I will be traveling alot in the next two weeks. I am thinking that should help. I don't indulge too much when I travel. Cheers Mary

@Walela617 Carole hope you are feeling better. I stopped at my fourth covid shot. I am pretty sure I had covid but never tested positive. I am thinking I am asymptomatic. But I do get some doozy flu's once in awhile.

Well it is Monday November 11th. Yes I am really late posting my November 5th weigh in. I am still at 193 lbs. I would do a do over like Carole @Walela617 but I haven't even budged on the scale. Thanks Carole for inspiration and insight. I need to do this for my health.

Ok Wednesday weigh in and finally a Wednesday post. I am back to 193lbs. I will take that as a win. I have went back to logging my food intake and will attempt to reduce carbs and alcohol. I am now just relying to lose 3 lbs before tge end of November. Take care everyone.
