What a great idea for a challenge. I look forward to getting to know the MFP members in this challenge. I have been a member of MFP since November 17, 2016 but did not start to use it regularly until July 1, 2020. I had to look at my profile to refresh my memory. Wednesday's are my regular weigh-in. So I will start April…

4th of July Challenge is no more nibbling after dinner. That's where a small nibble can become a voracious episode.

May 10 weigh-in was 186 lbs May 17 weigh-in is 187 lbs May 24 weigh-in is 193 lbs A week of excess will be quantified on the scale. No escaping that number. I hesitated posting that number but it is about being accountable. My blood pressure readings 3 times in the morning for 3 months. And ✔️ ✅️ it has been done.

Family history of heart problems including my younger siblings. I have white coat syndrome so primary care physician said to take blood pressure readings 3 times in the am once a week for 3 months. This will give me an accurate average and if I need to increase my prescription. Thanks for asking.

I feel a little overwhelmed with all the posts I am seeing. Normally I would find this a pleasant challenge but the month of April was spent doing new member sign up for our Senior Ladies Golf League. All I see in my head are email addresses with names. This will be soon wane out. So I feel I will be able to participate…
