Hey there! I just wanted to say I struggle with the same stuff. You're not alone in this. My day goes pretty well until I come home and want to eat the entire kitchen. Concerning the balance, I'd say make sure you get enough protein, but no reason to overdo it. That being said, a little more helps feel full.
